Project Description
Specialty retail, office space, apartments, and townhomes, a 165-room Hilton hotel, YMCA, movie theater, and parking, totaling over one million square feet. Two of the center’s structures are pursuing LEED certification individually – the Hilton and a combination retail and office space building. |
